LIVE Points can be redeemed via Wise.
Log in to REALITY for Web and follow the instructions provided.
-You can transfer 5,000 to 500,000 LIVE Points in a single request.
-You can select your desired currency for receiving funds, but the transfer will originate in USD currency. (Fees specified by Wise may be applied.)
-Wise will send an email to the email address registered in your personal information.
-After receiving the email from Wise, follow the instructions in the email to proceed with the transfer receipt process.
-Transfers are performed twice monthly: mid-month and month-end.
* Due to how transfers are processed, even if a transfer is requested in the middle of the month, it may not be included in the mid-month transfer. In this case, the transfer will be processed in the next transfer.
* Receipt of funds may be delayed due to processing by WISE and banks.
-Check REALITY for Web for conversion rate.
-Every month for the 1st to 3rd day, the conversion process is not available.
-If you do not follow the procedure within 1 week of receiving the email from Wise, the transfer will be cancelled.

Note: Even if you submit your request, Wise services may not be supported in the area where you reside, and you may not be able to perform a transfer.
Note: Canceled LIVE points will be returned as-is, but please note that they will be lost if the returned LIVE points have already expired.
Note: The transfer amount displayed is the amount before deduction of all fees. The actual amount you will receive is an amount after deduction of all Wise fees.
