You can publish your X link by doing the following:
1. Go to Profile > Settings > Account to link your X account.
2. Then from Profile tap Edit Profile and set "Display link to X in profile" to On.
If the X icon on your profile is blue, then it is set to On.
When this setting is On, other users will be able to check your linked X account.
