Supporter level is an indicator of the level of support you show to a streamer.
You can earn rewards such as badges and spotlights upon entering a stream based on your supporter level.
*Supporter badges were updated and their content changed in October 2026.
◆Overview of Supporter Levels
- Your supporter level increases when you meet the following conditions in streams of streamers who have enabled the streamer ranking function.
- If you meet the conditions listed in the level-up conditions table during the target period (00:00 on the 1st of each month to 23:59 on the last day of the month), your supporter level will increase and you will receive rewards corresponding to your level.
- After the target period, your current supporter level will be reset.
- There are two conditions; you will level up if you meet either one.

- Both paid and free coins count. Also, discounted gifts will be counted based on their discounted coin price.
*Regarding viewing time counting, mini-player playback (*1) and background playback may not be counted.
*1: Mini-player playback refers to minimizing the streaming screen within the app and displaying it at the bottom of the screen for playback.

◆About Supporter Badges
These are icons that visually show the level of support you have for the streamer.
Supporter badges are divided into 9 ranks, from rank 1 to rank 9, and evolve into more elaborate designs as your rank increases.
◆About Spotlights Upon Entering a Room
With the renewal (in February 2025), "Spotlights Upon Entering a Room" have been added as a new reward. Your comments upon entering a room will stand out more.
◆ How to Enable Supporter Levels
・Enabling the Streamer Rank feature will enable the Supporter Level feature.
・Supporter Levels can be used by pressing the Enable button on the "Streamer Rank" screen.
*Supporter Levels cannot be turned OFF individually.
・If the Streamer Rank feature is disabled, the Supporter Level will not be displayed on the streaming screen, but any Supporter Levels already earned will be retained until the end of the applicable period.
◆ Applicable Period and Reset
・The applicable period for Supporter Levels is from 00:00 on the 1st of each month to 23:59 on the last day of the month (Japan time).
・After the applicable period ends, your held Supporter Level will be reset.
