Supporter Levels are a metric that shows how much you like and support your favorite streamers.
By gaining supporter levels you can receive rewards such as a spot light when you enter the streamers room, or badges in their stream.

◆Supporter Level Overview
・Supporter Levels can be gained by fulfilling conditions to increase your level within the streams of streamers who have Streamer Ranks enabled.
・During the period （Every month from the 1st 00:00 〜 Last day 23:59）by fufilling the level up conditions, you can receive prizing based on how high your supporter level is.
・After the end of the set period, your Supporter Level will be reset.
・There are 2 conditions for each level, and fulfilling either condition will allow you to reach the next level.

・Both free and paid coins count towards supporter levels. Gifts that are on sale are counted based on their discounted coin cost.
・In regards to watch time, playing via the mini player(※1）・ and playing in the background may not be counted.
※1：Miniplayer refers to the in app player where the stream is minimized and played in the bottom right of your screen.
◆Regarding Rewards
By increasing your supporter level, you can receive supporter badges as well as a spotlight when entering the stream.

◆Regarding Support Badges
Support Badges are an icon to show how much you support your favorite streamers.
Supporter badges have ranks from 1-7 with the design evolving and becoming more impressive with each rank up
◆Regarding Enter Stream Spotlight.
With the new (Mar 2025) renewal, a new reward “Enter Stream Spotlight” has been added. Your comment when you enter the stream will be highlighted and easier to notice.
◆How to Enable Supporter Levels
・If Streamer Rank is enabled, you will be able to use Supporter Levels.
・Supporter Levels can be enables by going to the Streamer Rank page and pressing the Enable button.
※You can not turn off only Supporter Levels
・If you turn off Streamer Rank, Supporter Levels will no longer be able to be seen in the streaming screen, but Supporter Levels that were already received within the current period will still be valid.
◆Regarding Regular Supporter Level Reset
・Supporter Levels are reset after the end of each Supporter Level Period.
・Supporter Level Period is from the 1st day from 00:00 to the Last day on 23:59(JST) every month.
