If you were logged out of your REALITY account for some reason, you can login to your original account by logging in with one of your linked accounts from the login screen.
From the login screen, select the account you have linked with your REALITY account to login.
Note: If you select an account not linked to a REALITY account, you will be asked to create a new REALITY account.
If you lost your login and do not have a linked social media account, please contact our support team.
To help secure your account, we recommend that you link your REALITY account to multiple accounts (X/Google/LINE Account/Apple ID/Phone Number).
Note: Paid and free coins cannot be reissued even if you are unable to log in to your account, if your account has become lost, suspended, or invalid.
- It is your responsibility to manage the social media accounts linked to your REALITY account.
*Please note that the feature to log in with a Facebook account was discontinued on October 14, 2025.
